To select your Beneficiaries
To begin designating your beneficiaries, log onto http://www.netbenefits.com/att.
From the home page, click Profile (top of screen), then Beneficiaries, and follow the directions to make your beneficiary changes.2 Beneficiaries named online will replace anything you have previously submitted, making this your most upto-date designation.
If you have a Health Savings Account (HSA), take one more step. Click on your HSA on the NetBenefits® home page to be redirected to Fidelity’s retail portal3. From there, click Profile (top of screen), then Personal Information, and then Edit Beneficiaries.
